My wife and I are missionaries to Mexico. We both were born and raised in India. I came to the United States in 1972 for higher education. While I was attending college, I accepted Jesus as my personal Savior. My life was completely changed with a new direction and purpose. I am married and have one daughter, Marianne. In the past, I have owned many businesses from bottled water to a K.O.A. campground. About a three years ago, while I was in Mexico for a mission trip, God laid in my heart the burden for Mexico. When I returned to the U.S., I sold all my businesses and decided to start this ministry. Our ministry is to build a Youth Retreat Center and a Mission Home in Mexico. We have been praying for God to allow us to find a land in Mexico to build a mission home and youth retreat center. God answered our prayer and we purchased a piece of land on the outskirts of Ciudad Victoria which is about 250 miles south of the Texas border. This mission home will include a dormitory building with a communal kitchen where volunteers from the U.S. can stay when helping at the Mission home or with other projects in the Northern parts of Mexico. This mission home will also be used to train native ministers to reach their own people for the Lord. The Youth Retreat Center will concentrate on providing an outlet for inner-city slum kids to escape the city, and discover Christ. This facility will include a soccer ball field, indoor recreation rooms, cabins, and a chapel. We have just finished Phase One ( director's cabin, R.V. sites, and a wall around the property). Phase Two will be to build the Main Hall (offices, medical examination room, dining room, kitchen, and meeting hall), drill a deep water well and install 75 kv capacity electrical service. I've been asking God to raise up Christians from all over the nation who will stand with me in taking the gospel to the lost in these remarkable days in which we live. People who take the Great Commission seriously. People who will stand shoulder to shoulder with me as we carry out that sacred mission to the country of Mexico. As of now, we urgently need new mission partners who will help us build this mission project. I can tell you, your prayers would be a great encouragement to me. In fact, it's the most important form of support you can provide. Prayer changes things. And in the battle to win souls and bring believers to maturity, there is strength in numbers. We would like as many people as possible to pray and give intensive focus on this particular mission work at Ciudad Victoria,Mexico. Secondly, you and the members of your church can make a special trip to Ciudad Victoria and help assist with door to door ministering, children's ministry, building homes for the poor, conduct Vacation Bible School, preaching and teaching God's word, and if anybody specializes in medical field, they can help us in that area. Naturally, your financial help is an important tool for winning souls. I believe in accountability and be a good steward of money that God entrusts in us.
