I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make her boast in the Lord: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad. O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together. Psalm 34:1-3

I thank God for all that he has done for us (Bacon Chapel). God has been good to all of us and we should be glad. There were times we didn't know how to treat ourselves but God was there.

This year we (Bacon Chapel Church Family) have experienced a lot of sickness, disappointments, and even death, but God is still God and He is and will take us through. Just be encouraged and know that God has not forgotten you. He's fighting your battle. We started 2004 asking God for more and He has done just that. God has blessed us this year spiritually. We had six to get saved and two joined the church. What an awesome God we serve. There's nothing too hard for God.

Thank you deacons, mothers, members, and friends of Bacon Chapel for your support to the Building Fund Rally, Annual Revival, and Church Anniversary. We could not have done it without you. I pray that God will open the windows of heaven and pour out blessings you shall not have room enough to store it, is my prayer.

I would like to encourage you, the deacons, mothers, and members to please let us remember to check on each other. A phone call or a card really makes a difference when you are sick or are going through difficulties. When you know that someone in the community is sick or is going through, give them a call or drop by. Let us continue to be "The little church that sits beside the road and tries to befriend everyone." Let our friends and families know that "When you come to Bacon Chapel something good will happen to you".
