"On this day, October 23, 1999, the International Pentecostal Holiness Church
stands in solidarity with the Southwest Ohio District of the Fire Baptized
Holiness Church as she sends a message to future generations. With our shared
founder, Bishop W.E. Fuller, Sr., we proclaim together the eternal fire of the
Holy Spirit. We want those who listen to us afar off to know that we personally
testify to the ubiquity of the fire. May the convicting, purifying,
sanctifying, empowering, liberating fire of God anoint all those who hear our
words."
