WHEN: Saturday, October 23, 1999 at 3:00 p.m. WHERE: St. James Fire Baptized Holiness Church 3903 18th Street Detroit, Michigan 48208 WHY: To capture and preserve a segment of our life’s history for the children of this day who will be adults and leaders in this church and this community 25 years from now.
