National Directors: Pastor James H. Neely and First Lady Margaret Neely

Meet Our Directors

Pastor James H. Neely Sr. and Margaret were appointed by the Board of Bishops to develop a Family Life Education Program for the Fire Baptized Holiness Church of God of the Americas. The appointment was given during the Thirty—First Quadrennial General Council (June 10—15, 2014) Fuller Normal School, 901 Bishop William Edward Fuller SR. Highway, Greenville, SC 29601.

Pastor Neely was born in Dallas, North Carolina. First Lady Margaret Neely was born in Gastonia, North Carolina.

The Fire Baptized Holiness Church of God of The Americas ordained Pastor Neely on November 1, 1979.

Pastor Neely was an Army Chaplain (Lieutenant Colonel). He served and ministered to the soldiers and their families from October 1980 until his retirement in December 2003.

He was appointed and served as Pastor of Zion Tabernacle Fire Baptized Holiness Church of God of the Americas, 425 Buick St. Winston-Salem, NC 27101 from November 2005 to November 2012, Central NC District.

First Lady Margaret retired after 36 years of teaching in six different States and traveling as a military wife.

They have been married for 50 wonderful years and have two children; a son, James H. Jr., age 47, Miami, Florida and a daughter, Carmen Joy, age 43, Bronx, New York. The Neely’s reside in Gastonia, North Carolina.

Pastor Neely and First Lady Neely have facilitated many retreats, seminars, and training sessions for couples in Family Life Education. They are certified in the various Marriage and Family Enrichment and Training workshop programs as listed below:
